Our in house brand is designed to stand the test of time. The collections consist of comfortable, timeless, high quality garments that can be worn longer, passed on and reused.

We believe that quality, comfort and style do not have to come at the expense of our environment; you don’t have to choose between ethics and aesthetics. We use ethically sourced and recycled fabrics to deliver accessible and great style, of high quality with a relevant fit.

We want to make clothing that is good for you, for us, for our friends, our parents, our children, for our planet. With our garments, we’re on a mission to stand the test of time - something that’s simply good never goes out of fashion.

CIRCULAR DESIGN

Before we even start designing, our garments have already lived a life. We use ‘dead stock’ (aleft over inventory from other fashion houses) and recycled fabrics and turn these into new pieces of clothing.

This means a big part of the CharlieMary collection is limited edition.

While designing we try to figure out the entire lifecycle of a piece of clothing: How will it be worn?Who might want to wear this? How will they take care of it? How can they easily reuse or recycle it?

We will continue to look for new circular solutions in materials, processes and production in order to improve and extend each garment’s life.

PRODUCTION

The Slowdown collection is made at Moon Tekstil in Izmir. This ethical- and socially responsible manufacturing facility in Turkey is build on European principles. 

They are applying positive changes directly to the lives of the employees and are honouring the handcraft of manufacturing in a safe and healthy environment.

We source our high quality deadstock fabrics in the near surrounding of Moon Tekstil and finished products are shipped by truck to the Netherlands.
